Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day. - Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
Accommodation
4 stand alone bedroom suites with indoor and outdoor en suites. Each bedroom is naturally air conditioned and fitted with modern amenities such as a 42 inch flat screen Philips TV, DVD player, iPod & Bose docking station. Satellite TV channels are available in the Purple and Fuschia Suites.
The master bathroom/ ensuite is air conditioned and has an outdoor bath area with a window opening for the vista of the ocean.
Each bedroom is theme as Purple Master Suite, Pool Fuschia Suite, Turquoise Suite & Lush green Suite with some elements of the finishing in their respective colours.
Property sleeps 8 to 12 as there is a super single bed tucked underneath each super kind size bed for each bedroom suite.
Enter the Property by the Main Villa, which comprises the living & entertainment area, dining & bar, guest bathroom and ocean view designer kitchen. The whole main villa pavilion including the kitchen is fully air conditioned. The main villa has glass sliding doors which can open fully for that ocean breeze.
The living / entertainment area is fitted with Quad Hi Fi system, a 52 inches Philips flat screen TV & DVD player. A full satellite channel is available. The sound system is also fitted by the spacious Main Villa terrace which has alfresco dining or lounging for 12 persons .
In the dining room, the formal dining set decked in plush black sits 10 to 12 persons.
The stylish Bar Counter decked with Cigars humidor separates the ultra modern open kitchen from the dining area.
Adjacent to the dining & bar, the Ocean view Designer Kitchen is fully fitted with all the latest equipment and utensils of a modern kitchen,

From beneath the main terrace deck, the black reflective pool (with swimming pool water) cascades to merge with the glass fronted cliff edge swimming pool & Jacuzzi
Tucked underneath the main terrace, a sky lit Spa Pavilion, air conditioned, boast its own bathroom/ensuite allowing for full spa treatments. The Spa Pavilion is fully furnished with 2 sets of customized massage beds and a plush spa sofa.
By the cliff edge lawn, the elevated pool terrace is the vantage point to take in that spectacular views of Suluban beach, rolling surfs and views beyond.
To the east of the cliff edge, the cliff edge bale & bar decked in chic lime green sofas is also equipped with a sound system. Enjoy the cliff edge experience with the rolling surfs just right beneath.
Around the cliff edge and infinity pool are open garden/lawn areas landscaped in minimalist style so as not to block any of that stunning views of the ocean and beach.
